Messages by email, WhatsApp or Telegram are more convenient
for both sides, and keeping everything in writing means nothing gets lost.
Response Times
Emails received in the evening are answered the next morning.
Emails received on Friday after working hours are answered on Monday.
For urgent questions, marking the subject line as urgent ensures a quicker reply.
All times are Estonian time. Working hours: Mon-Fri from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
