Online courses in secretarial skills and written translation, built on 25 years of practical work.


WHERE IT STARTED

For 25 years, the author worked as a secretary
and executive assistant. During that time, thousands of documents, letters, meetings and decisions passed through those hands.
Along the way came a familiar situation: lacking the knowledge needed
for the task at hand, with no one to turn to for advice. That experience is the reason this project exists. Everything learned over a quarter of a century is gathered here and passed on, so that those who follow
do not have to figure everything out alone.

WHAT THE WORK IS BUILT ON

A secretary is the foundation of an organised company. The role is far more than “just an administrative employee”:
it is the foundation that keeps a company organised, from documents and schedules to people and decisions.
The courses are built on respect for that role and for the skills it demands.
It is never too late to learn. Learning is possible, and worthwhile, at any age,
whether starting a career from scratch or building confidence after years in the field.
Practice over theory. The material comes from real situations rather than textbooks,
with the reasoning behind each decision explained.

What you can learn

After completing a paid course, there are two weeks in which questions can be asked free of charge, as part of the consultation included with the course. Answers are direct and to the point, without a referral to “look it up online”.

If questions remain after those two weeks, consultations can continue as a paid service. A consultation is work, and work done well has a price.

The same experience stands behind the translation service.

Written translation work has also been part of the author’s professional life for 25 years.

Standard written translations are available in Estonian, Russian and English, and official translations and document apostilles are arranged through an intermediary service, with each stage carried out by the specialist authorised to do it.

WHY THIS PROJECT EXISTS

It would have been possible to simply do the work
and keep the knowledge private. But knowing what it is like
to have no one to ask, the choice was made to gather what is known
and pass it on.
